Our Values & Expectations for the Journey

At the core of our trips with Inga And Evija are kindness, openness, and mutual respect. These are good-vibe-only experiences—where every guest contributes to a supportive and uplifting atmosphere.

We are deeply committed to holding space where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated. To protect this shared environment, any harmful or disrespectful behavior may lead to dismissal from the trip without refund.

We kindly ask all participants to arrive with a spirit of compassion—toward the group, the local culture, and themselves. This is more than a trip; it's a journey rooted in connection, care, and community.

Passport & Travel Documents

• A valid passport is required for all international travels and must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
• You're also responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, travel documents depending on your destination.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required to hold your space.
• You may pay your balance in full immediately or set up monthly installments. The remaining balance is due by May 15th, 2026.
• Because your spot is reserved just for you, all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This is why travel insurance is required for your protection.
• If your balance isn't paid by the due date, we will release your spot.

Cancellations

• We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. However, due to the nature of trip planning and the commitments we make to our venues and partners, we're unable to offer refunds for any payments made.
• This includes cancellations for any reason, including illness, personal emergencies, or changes in travel plans.
• If we ever need to cancel the trip due to circumstances outside our control (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or insufficient enrollment), all monies paid to us, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be fully refunded.
• Please note that we are not responsible for additional costs you may have incurred, such as flights or personal travel arrangements — another reason insurance is so important.

Dietary Restrictions

While we accommodate dietary requests to the best of our ability, the ultimate responsibility lies with you the guest, especially when dining out.

Travel Insurance

For your safety and ease, comprehensive travel insurance is required for all attendees.

Your policy should include coverage for:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Emergency medical care and evacuation
• Lost or delayed baggage

We recommend purchasing your insurance within 14 days of booking to ensure full coverage. Proof of insurance must be submitted to us no later than 30 days before the retreat begins.

Important Notes

Details in the day-to-day itinerary might be adjusted as our arrival date approaches or during the trip. Be assured that any changes aim to enhance and enrich the overall experience.

Limitation on Responsibility

• International travel and group activities come with some inherent risks. By joining us, you agree to assume full responsibility for your participation.
• You release Inga And Evija, our team, and our partners from any liability related to personal injury, mental distress, illness, loss, or damage.

Video/Photo Release

• We love capturing the magic of our retreats through photos and video.
• By attending, you agree to be photographed for use in future promotions — but if you'd prefer not to be featured, just let us know ahead of time. We completely respect your privacy.

Legal Details

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any legal matters will be resolved in the courts of Dekalb county, GA, USA.
